Early Life
Aaron Neville was born on January 24, 1941 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was the second of six children in the family. Growing up in a musical family, he was exposed to music at an early age. His brothers Art, Charles and Cyril all sang in the local church choir.
Musical Career
Aaron began his music career in the 1950s as part of the doo-wop group The Hawkettes. He later joined forces with his brothers to form The Neville Brothers in 1976. With them, he achieved mainstream success as part of the group. In 1989, he released his first solo album Warm Your Heart, which featured his biggest hit ""Don't Know Much"" with Linda Ronstadt.
