Early Life and Career Beginnings
Gülben Ergen began singing at an early age and was a student of the Istanbul Municipal Conservatory. After earning a degree in Psychology from Istanbul University, she started her musical career. In 1996, she released her first album, 'Gülben Ergen', which was a great success. This album included the hit songs 'Yalnızlık Çiçeği' and 'Aşktır Bizim'. In 1999, she released two more albums 'Nefes Nefese' and 'Koparılan Dallar' which were both well-received.

Bengü has released ten studio albums over the course of her career, with her latest being 'Dansöz' in 2011.
