Early Life & Career
DJ Bobo was born as Peter René Cipiriano Baumann in Kölliken, Switzerland on January 5th, 1966. Growing up, he was surrounded by music and started learning to play the guitar at the age of 8. His first tour was in 1989 and he released his debut album “Dance With Me” in 1992 which went on to become a hit. His second album “There Is a Party” was released in 1994 and spawned hits like “Love Is All Around” and “Everybody”. This helped him gain international recognition and he went on to release 11 more albums over the years.
