About Gustavo Mioto Gustavo Mioto is a Brazilian singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. Born in 1985 in Arapongas, Brazil, Gustavo has been performing and recording music since 2004. His musical style blends alternative rock and sertanejo influences with touches of reggae, funk and jazz. He has released seven albums over the course of his career, the most recent being "Do jeito que a Gente Gosta" (2018).Early Years Gustavo began playing guitar and singing at the age of 12. He started out performing at local churches and bars in his hometown of Arapongas. He also attended a music school in Curitiba for two years, where he learned to play the piano and other instruments. In 2004, he met Júlio Pinheiro, who became his long-time producer and collaborator.Breakthrough Success In 2010, Gustavo released his debut album "Na Contramão".
