Who Is Jaz Scape?

Jaz Scape is an up-and-coming Hip Hop artist from Los Angeles. He started his career in 2019 and since then has been working on his musical craft. His songs are heavily influenced by 90’s hip hop and have a nostalgic feel to them. He has released several singles on streaming platforms and is currently working on an album.

Early Years

Jaz Scape was born in Los Angeles and raised in the inner city. He was exposed to hip hop music early on in life and some of his earliest memories are of listening to N.W.A. and Tupac. As he grew older he started writing his own lyrics and by the time he was in high school he had developed a unique style of rapping that combined elements of classic hip hop with modern beats.

Career

In 2019, Jaz Scape released his first single titled “The Streets” which quickly gained attention from fans and critics alike. After that he released several more singles that solidified his spot as an up-and-coming rapper in the hip hop scene. He has collaborated with several other artists on tracks and is currently working on his debut album which will be released sometime in 2021.

Influences

The biggest influence on Jaz Scape's music is 90’s era hip hop artists such as Tupac, Biggie, Jay-Z and Nas. He also draws inspiration from current artists like Kendrick Lamar, Drake, J Cole and Anderson .Paak. As well as other genres such as jazz, soul and funk.
