Early Life and Career

Kolpa grew up in a small town in New Jersey and was surrounded by music from a young age. His parents were both heavily involved in their local church's music ministry and his older brothers were both avid Hip Hop fans. This combination of influences helped shape Kolpa's musical style from an early age. He began producing beats at the age of 16, eventually leading him to become a full-time producer for various artists in the area. This experience allowed him to hone his skills as a producer and enabled him to start creating his own music.

Breakthrough Moment

In 2018, Kolpa released his first single “Lost Love” which quickly gained traction in the Hip Hop and R&B communities. The track went viral, with more than 100,000 streams within the first month of its release. Following this success, Kolpa began working with notable producers such as Zaytoven and Metro Boomin on various projects. In 2019 he released his debut EP “My Time” which further cemented his place as a rising star in the Hip Hop/R&B world.

Collaborations

Since then, Kolpa has continued to work with some of the most respected producers in the industry including Murda Beatz, 808 Mafia, Cardo Got Wings, and many others. He has also collaborated with other rising stars such as Lil Mosey, Lil Keed, Lil Tjay, and many more. Most recently he was featured on 21 Savage's project “Savage Mode II” alongside Metro Boomin.

Kolpa has continued to stay active in 2020 with the release of several new singles including “Highway 45” produced by Zaytoven, “Forever” produced by Murda Beatz, and “Ride Out” produced by 808 Mafia. These releases have further cemented Kolpa's place as one of the leading young rappers in the game.
