Who is Kontra K? Kontra K is a German hip hop artist and songwriter from Berlin. He has released several albums, EPs, and mixtapes since 2012. He has been featured on many songs by other artists such as Gzuz, Bonez MC, Kollegah, Farid Bang, and B-Tight. His music is known for its hard-hitting beats and lyrical content that often focuses on his personal experiences. Early Life Maximilian Diehn was born on June 1st 1984 in Berlin, Germany. He was raised in a musical family and started playing the drums at the age of 8. He was also heavily influenced by the hip-hop music he heard on the radio. After graduating from high school he studied music production for a few years before deciding to pursue music as a career. Career Kontra K began his career in 2010 when he released his first EP titled “NKL”. The EP gained him some local recognition and allowed him to start performing live shows.
