KT Tunstall was born as Kate Victoria Tunstall on June 23, 1975 in Edinburgh, Scotland. She attended the Lawhead Primary school and Madras College in St. Andrews. She learned to play guitar at an early age from her father who used to teach her old folk songs.
Career Highlights
KT Tunstall's debut album 'Eye to the Telescope' was released in 2004 and immediately received critical acclaim. It peaked at number 3 on the UK Albums Chart and was certified 4x platinum in the UK.
