Who is Mike WiLL Made-It? Michael Len Williams II, better known as Mike WiLL Made-It, is an American record producer, record executive, songwriter, and rapper from Atlanta, Georgia. He is best known for producing trap beats for several popular rap artists. His production credits include songs by Rihanna, Beyoncé, 2 Chainz, Future, Migos, Kendrick Lamar, Rae Sremmurd, Miley Cyrus, Juicy J, Drake, and Lil Wayne. He is also the founder of the record label EarDrummers Entertainment.Early Life Mike WiLL was born in Marietta, Georgia in 1989. He began making beats when he was only nine years old. His first beat was made on a PlayStation console. At age 13, he bought his first beat machine and started making beats on a regular basis. He attended Berkmar High School in Lilburn, Georgia and later enrolled at Georgia State University.Career In 2011, Mike WiLL signed with Interscope Records as a producer and released his debut mixtape titled Est. in 1989. The mixtape was praised for its production and featured guest appearances by 2 Chainz and Gucci Mane. In 2012, he released his second mixtape Ransom. It featured guest contributions from rappers such as Future and Young Jeezy. In the same year, he produced the single "No Lie" which became a hit single for 2 Chainz.Achievements In 2014, Mike WiLL was nominated for two Grammy Awards for Producer of the Year and Best Rap Album for his work on Miley Cyrus' Bangerz album. He won the Grammy Award for Best Rap Song in 2017 for producing Kendrick Lamar's song "Humble". The same year he produced the soundtrack for the movie Creed II which won him another Grammy Award for Best Compilation Soundtrack for Visual Media.Personal Life Mike WiLL is currently single and resides in Los Angeles. He is an avid basketball fan and supports the Los Angeles Lakers. He has also launched a luxury clothing line called Established 1989.
