Who Is Nucleya?

Nucleya, real name Udyan Sagar, is an Indian music producer and DJ. He is widely regarded as the 'King of Bass Music' in India, producing a unique blend of electronic music that is heavily influenced by Indian culture. He has released five albums and collaborated with numerous artists, including Divya K, Avneet Khurmi, Gagan Mudgal, and Benny Dayal.

Early Life & Career Beginnings

Nucleya was born in Delhi in 1983. He began his career as a drummer for rock bands in the late 1990s before moving on to electronic music production in 2004. In 2008 he released his first album, Koocha Monster, which was followed by two more albums in 2011 and 2014.

Rise To Fame

Nucleya rose to fame in 2015 with the release of his fourth album BASS Rani. The album was a critical and commercial success, earning him an award at the VH1 MyFav Awards for Best Electronic/Dance Artist. He then went on to collaborate with some of India's top singers and rappers on tracks such as 'Laung Gawacha', 'Akkad Bakkad', and 'Take Me There'.

Recent Work

In 2018 Nucleya released his fifth album Raja Baja, which reached number one on the iTunes India charts within hours of its release. This was followed by a series of highly successful shows across India and Europe. In 2019 he released 'Udd Gaye', a collaboration with Divine and Ranveer Singh which has become one of his most popular songs to date.

Personal Life

Nucleya currently resides in Mumbai with his wife and two children. He continues to tour around the world and perform at festivals such as Sunburn Festival and Enchanted Valley Carnival. Outside of music he is an avid cricket fan and enjoys playing tennis.
