Who Is Redfoo?

Redfoo is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, DJ, rapper and record producer. He is a part of the musical duo LMFAO with his nephew Sky Blu, who together topped charts with their party anthems like “Party Rock Anthem” and “Sexy and I Know It”. Redfoo is also a former X-Factor Australia judge and a successful solo artist. His real name is Stefan Gordy and he was born in 1975 in California.

Music Career

Redfoo formed the electro-hop group LMFAO in 2006 with his nephew Sky Blu. The duo released their debut album “Party Rock” in 2009 which featured their hit single “I'm in Miami Bitch”. In 2010 they released their second album “Sorry for Party Rocking” which included the tracks “Party Rock Anthem” and “Sexy and I Know It”. Both singles reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Later on, Redfoo went solo and released his debut solo album “Party Rock Mansion” in 2016. In 2017 he released two more albums: “Where the Sun Goes” and “It's Time for Some Fun”.

Collaborations

Redfoo has collaborated with many artists over the years including Lil Jon, Enertia McFly, Pink Guy and Sky Blu. He has also produced songs for artists such as Justin Bieber, Britney Spears and Flo Rida.

Awards & Accomplishments

LMFAO has won numerous awards including three MTV Video Music Awards, four MTV Europe Music Awards and an American Music Award. Redfoo has also been a judge on The X Factor Australia since 2013. He was featured on Forbes' 30 under 30 list in 2014 for his work as a music producer.

Personal Life

Redfoo has kept his personal life private but it is known he has a son named Preston from a previous relationship. He currently resides in Los Angeles where he continues to pursue his passion for music.
