She has been active in the music industry since 2000 when she began her career as a backing vocalist in bands like Acústico & Completo and Só Pra Contrariar.

Music Career

In 2018, she released her first solo single as a lead artist titled “Loka” featuring Anitta. The single became an instant hit in Brazil and it was certified double platinum by the Associação Brasileira de Produtores de Discos (ABPD). This success was followed by her debut studio album titled Agora É Que São Elas, which featured the likes of Luísa Sonza, Ludmilla and Ivete Sangalo. Simaria has also won several awards throughout her career, including two Prêmio Multishow awards for Best Music Video of the Year and Best Pop Album of the Year in 2019.
