Snelle was born Bibi Breijman on December 2nd 1998 in the Netherlands. In 2019, he released his debut single ""Voor Mij"" which was followed by his debut EP ""Merel"". His first studio album ""Fata Morgana"" was released in 2020. The album reached number one on the Dutch Albums Chart.
