DASH (Emotive Sound / France) The year 1988, techno generation, underground parties, unusual places, styles of music, a little man discovered this movement and became passionate about it. Dj Dash, here is the start of an adventure, having previously mixed funk and new-wave, a new challenge: techno. First vinyls released in open air evenings, a groove and pumping Detroit techno style, in 1995 things are moving, his mixes are more fluid, we are starting to spot him. He travels outside France for parties in Germany and Switzerland such as, Goliath, Odyssey, Tower, Bells, Parkhaus, White wolf, Utopia, Manège. Switzerland and Germany allowed him to express himself in front of an audience thirsty for sound. But he does not forget his roots and will perform at the Cube, la Poudrière, la Laiterie, le Monoid, le Grillen, Noumatrouff, for evenings like, Ikarus, Techno therapy, Big-bang, Halloween, Gruve Park and so many other places, each as magical as the next. The pleasure of meeting and playing alongside artists such as Luke Slater, Deetron, Darren Price, Franky Bones Jay Denhan, Dave Dee, Jeff Swing, Thomas Schumacher and many others allows him to further open his musical ear and diversify your sets. But the French touch is also there! Play alongside Agoria, The Hacker, Eric Borgo, Manu le Malin, Antony, Laurent hô, Scan-X, Charles Schilling, Tonio, Jack De Marseille, Citizen Kain. He would cite more, but a big thank you to them because the desire to compose captivates him. The year 2000 is creation, he mixes and plays his compositions live from time to time to see if there is an impact with the public. They appreciate his mixes as much as his compositions, but always looking for that little extra Dash tries the three-deck mix which will be as much a joy as a challenge for him... Because this challenge will allow him to go and mix in New Caledonia for being the muse of Ax et Apiculture and finishing as guest of honor for the Marathon final. Back to basics, he released his album “Espace Vital” in October on the Boanergès Records labels, accompanied by two remixes “Jun-X & Sirdjey” offering their musical touch. From there he created with his lifelong friend "Defrisch" The Smonse, a live duo mixing hardware & software, from techno to dark, they distill their compositions like a mix! Dash has made a place for himself in electronic music and his passion continues to be rewarded by the public. We're not ready to see him disappear from the scene.
