Carlos J. Escuela Gutiérrez aka Deeplastik was born musically as a guitarist at the hands of Marcos Castilla, a renowned jazz musician, who opens the doors to the infinite world of modern musical harmony. After being involved in different local bands, he began his stage as a guitarist for Sigma 7, considered one of the most influential break beat groups in Spanish electronic music at the end of the 90s. With the help of JMekka, founder of the iBreaks.co.uk empire, he manages to fuse his guitar sound with electronic music in multiple live performances. In 2002, he arrived in Ibiza, where he continued his musical evolution while finishing his training as a specialist in Family and Community Medicine and Emergency Medicine. From 2002 to 2005, he musically developed his profile as a Dj in Ibiza, collaborating on 2 of the most influential radio stations of the moment: IBIZA GLOBAL RADIO, where he is invited to play multiple times in the programs "Ibiza Dance" by maestro David Moreno and "Deepfusion 124 BPM" by Miguel Garji. And thanks to the support of Igor Marijuan, Co-Founder and Director at IBIZA SONICA RADIO, he holds sessions as a special guest. After his experience in Ibiza, playing at venues and private parties, in 2005, due to destiny obligations, he had to make a break in his musical creative process. Finally, in 2010 he returned to Ibiza where he decided to found in 2012 the NGO Armony dedicated to the design and implementation of low-cost international cooperation projects, aimed at helping small groups and individuals to develop their projects and small businesses. To help raise funds for the NGO, he founds the record label AMHRecords which donates 80% of its profits to the NGO's general funds. Since then he has released on record labels such as Be Adult Music, Deep Class Records, Dichotomic, LW Recordings ... Currently he is a resident DJ at Bloop London Radio where on the third Thursday of each month he presents his Show-London Groove
