Who Is Edzio?
Edzio (born Jakub Bartkowiak) is a Polish rapper, who has been active since the early 2000s. He rose to fame with his 2003 debut album “Przechodzenie” which included hits such as “Jeżeli Chcesz” and “Czasem”. Since then, Edzio has released numerous albums, singles, and EPs. He has collaborated with artists such as Proceente, Kali and Paluch, to name a few.Early Life & Career
Jakub Bartkowiak was born in 1985 in Poland. He was interested in music from an early age, and started rapping at the age of 15. In 2002 he joined the hip-hop group Proceente, with whom he released his first solo album “Przechodzenie” in 2003. The album was well received by critics and established Edzio as one of the leading hip-hop artists in Poland. Since then he has released several albums and singles, including “Kolor Identyfikacji Społecznej” (2005), “Ulica” (2007), “Zacznij Od Bacha” (2010), “Prawdziwe Historie” (2012), “Odpalam Lont” (2016) and “Koniec Jest Początkiem” (2017).Collaborations
Edzio has collaborated with numerous artists throughout his career. His collaborations include Proceente, Kali, Paluch, Małolat and VNM. He has also worked with producers such as Wojciech Waglewski, Jan Borysewicz, Jakub Mielnik and Sylwester Ostrowski.Discography
