Eliane Fernandes' music career began in 1973 when she participated in the first edition of the 'Festival Internacional da Canção' (FIC). She released her debut studio album 'Por Mais Amor' in 1976 which featured the hits 'Eu Sei Que Vou Te Amar' and 'Vou Deitar e Rolar'. In 1977 she released her second album 'Vem Meu Amor', which was a success and spawned the hit single 'Por Causa de Você'. Since then she has released 9 studio albums, with her latest being 'Meu Canto Brasileiro' in 2018.
