Born on May 8, 1989 in Seoul, South Korea, he debuted in 2010 with his first single “Like This” and has gone on to produce several other singles and albums since then. He’s well known for his collaborations with other popular artists like Jay Park, Loco and Zion.T.
Early Life
GRAY began his career as a hip hop producer when he was still a student at Seoul National University. In 2009, he released his first independent album titled “The Gray” which featured some of his earliest work as a producer. After graduating from university in 2010, he started to focus more on his music career.
Career
GRAY has since released numerous singles and albums since his debut in 2010. He has collaborated with many popular artists such as Jay Park, Loco and Zion.T. His most successful single so far was “Good Day” featuring Zion.T which peaked at number one on the Gaon Music Chart in 2014. He has also produced songs for artists such as 2NE1, IU and Zico.

GRAY has released two full-length albums, three EP’s and numerous singles. His latest album “Take Over the Moon” was released in 2019 and peaked at number two on the Gaon Music Chart. His most successful single “Good Day” featuring Zion.T peaked at number one on the Gaon Music Chart in 2014.
