Born and raised in Africa I had music culturally driven into me from a young age, not that I'm complaining. I started playing guitar at the age of 11 or 12, and at the age of 14 I somehow found myself using music production software for 99% of my free time. I was hooked, and I still am 7 years later. I went to college for sound engineering, I needed to learn the specifics of sound so my music can sound phenomenal everywhere. Along the the way I won a remix competition on Deadmau5's Label Mau5trap, released some more electronic music as the years have gone by and pulled in a couple hundred thousand streams. I went back to the drawing board for about a year, understanding what makes my sound and what I enjoy producing. I have shifted my focus on being independent, which is very hard by the way, but the freedom I have is all worth it.
