Introduction
Quantic is the stage name of British music artist Will Holland. He is known for his wide range of genres, collaborations, and talent. Since his debut as Quantic in 2001, he has released nine solo albums and collaborated with a variety of other artists. Early Life
Will Holland was born in 1979 in Worcestershire, England. As a young boy, he was obsessed with music. Before he was old enough to drive, he would take two trains to London every weekend to attend drum & bass and house parties. During this time he also developed a deep appreciation for jazz music and began learning to play the saxophone.
Career
After spending some time in England's underground music scene, Holland decided to pursue music production full-time. His first release as Quantic in 2001 was an EP called Apricot Morning. It gained him enough attention to secure a record deal with Tru Thoughts Records. Since then he has released nine solo albums under the Quantic moniker as well as several albums with various side projects including The Limp Twins and The Quantic Soul Orchestra.
