Pathak was born in Mumbai, India in 1985. She began her career in 2003 as a playback singer and since then has lent her voice to many popular songs. She is also known for singing the title track of the popular television series “Balika Vadhu” and the romantic comedy “Dil Dosti Etc”. Pathak has also collaborated with various music directors such as Nucleya, Vishal-Shekhar and Ranbir Kapoor.
