Silent Sanctuary is a Filipino rock band formed in 2003. The current lineup consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist Fernando de Guzman, lead guitarist Paolo Legaspi, bassist Noel Mendez, and drummer Allen Calixto. The group has released six studio albums: Simula (2004), Monodramatic (2007), Mishmash (2010), Fuchsiang Pag-ibig (2012), Hiling (2014) and Langit Lupa (2017). They have also released two live albums: Silent Night Acoustic Christmas (2010) and Acoustic Airwaves: Celebrating 10 Years (2013).

Music Style

Silent Sanctuary is known for combining their brand of rock with classical instruments such as the violin, cello and piano. This combination has allowed them to create a unique sound that sets them apart from other bands. Their music style has been described as “dreamy” and “ethereal”, often playing on emotions and feelings.
