Who is Tahsan?

Tahsan Rahman Khan is a Bangladeshi singer-songwriter, composer and actor from Dhaka. He is also known as the 'King of Fusion Music.' He started his musical journey in 2000 with the release of his album 'Tahsan'. Since then he has released seven studio albums as well as other contributions to music compilations. His most successful single to date is 'Ei Meghla Dine Ekla', which earned him critical acclaim and made him a household name in Bangladesh.

Early Life

Tahsan was born on October 12th, 1977 in Dhaka, Bangladesh. He was born into a musical family; his father was a renowned classical musician and his mother was an accomplished vocalist. From an early age, Tahsan had a passion for music and began learning classical music from his father. As he grew older, he began to explore different genres of music including rock, pop and jazz.

Career

Tahsan's career began in 2000 with the release of his first solo album 'Tahsan'. He went on to release six more studio albums over the next decade, gaining critical acclaim for his unique fusion of classical music with modern sounds. In addition to releasing his own music, Tahsan has collaborated with several other artists including Imran Mahmudul, Kona and Anila. His most successful single to date is 'Ei Meghla Dine Ekla', which earned him critical acclaim and made him a household name in Bangladesh.
