Early Years & Career Beginnings

WSTRN formed in 2014 when the members met through mutual friends in West London. They began releasing music online and soon gained attention from major record labels. In 2015, they released their debut single 'In2', which quickly caught the attention of BBC Radio 1Xtra DJ Charlie Sloth. The song was eventually added to the station's B List before being promoted to the A List. It then went on to peak at number 8 on the UK Singles Chart and was certified gold by the British Phonographic Industry.

Recent Activity

Following their success with 'In2', WSTRN released the singles 'Best Friend' and 'Fine Wine'. Both songs were featured on BBC Radio 1Xtra's A List and went on to become fan favourites. In 2016, they won a MOBO Award for Best Newcomer, beating out established acts like Stormzy and Section Boyz. More recently, they have been working on new music with artists such as Giggs, Stefflon Don and Alkaline.
