Wake Up

The first single from our upcoming EP "Fingerprint", this Pianity drop is a world premier both of the audio and of the album art. First conceptualized during the global protests following the George Floyd assassination by Minnesota Police, "Wake Up" is a call to action and awareness, its swelling bass synthesizers and hard 808 drums accentuating the feeling of urgency. This project is a collaboration with French electronic Hip Hop label "Sorry I'm Late", who provided the beat produced by Josra and the artwork designed by Teto. On vocals we have (in order of appearance) Imagine, Dr Koul & Evita Koné. The trumpet playing is by their longtime collaborator and jazz virtuoso Zacharie Ksyk. The audio mixing was handled by OscioPak Productions, the same engineer who mixed Captains Of The Imagination's last studio album, "When The Moon Goes Around The Sun". This release is also supported by Geneva's Evidence Music & Herd Culture Kids labels.
