"Find God" is not a song about God or organized religion. It IS a song about understanding purpose. It's about recognizing that there is something divine in art and understanding the significance of that divinity. "I just wanna find God" means just that - It means I wake up every day determined to create impactful art that makes people FEEL something. I grew up in a single parent household watching my mother struggle. My whole life has been inspired and motivated by her. Perseverance is divinity. When I say I want to find God it means that I am dedicating myself to making sure everyone around me is blessed.
