The Trip - vol 1 (Real Acid Mix)

This track has been in the making since 2012. I'd managed to find recordings online of the Cern Collider and various particles within. The pulsing sounds in the track and most of the effects are made from real and simulated data from ATLAS (the largest particle detector within the Large Hadron Collider at CERN). It was a haunting discovery.. They are quite beautiful sounds though and so original... They married perfectly with the audio footage I also dug up about LSD and how it was perceived in the 60's. 'The Trip' was composed around those sounds and footage. There are going to be three parts to this project culminating in three live DJ/desk mixes of them all, which will also be made available. I've held onto this project for so long waiting for the right time/place to release it and I'm proud to release this as my first NFT.
