Guardianes del Amor is a Mexican music group formed in 1994 by brothers José Ángel and Fidel Espinoza. They are known for their romantic ballads, which mix traditional Mexican music with Latin pop and Norteñas. The brothers have released several albums, which have topped the Billboard Latin Albums chart in Mexico. They have also collaborated with other Latin music stars such as Ana Bárbara, Los Temerarios, and Grupo Bimbo.
Career Highlights
The group's first album, 'Vuelve Conmigo', was released in 1996 and quickly gained popularity. The album featured the hit singles 'Pero Te Vas a Arrepentir' and 'Como Te Extrano'. It was followed by 1997's 'Todo Es Posible', which spawned the hit single 'Si Me Ves Llorar'.In 1998, Guardianes del Amor released their third album 'Llegaste Tarde', which featured the chart-topping single 'Es Mejor Olvidar'. The album was certified gold in Mexico.The group's fourth album 'No Hay Nadie Mas' was released in 2001 and featured the hits 'Esperanza' and 'Quiero Ser Tu Amigo'. The album was also certified gold in Mexico.In 2008, Guardianes del Amor returned with their fifth album 'Un Nuevo Amanecer'. The album featured the hit single 'Volveré'.In 2012, the group released their sixth album 'Amor Eterno'. The album featured the hit singles 'Aquí Estoy Yo' and 'No Te Voy a Olvidar'.
