Who is Macaco?

Macaco, born José Miguel Conejo Vélez in 1975, is a Spanish singer-songwriter, musician and producer. He is a multi-instrumentalist with a career that spans over two decades. His unique fusion of Latin American rhythms, reggae and rock have earned him numerous awards and recognition from both critics and fans. Macaco has released five solo albums, collaborated with some of the most renowned artists in Spanish music, and has toured extensively around the world.
