Miguel Ángel Mateos (born June 29, 1952) is an Argentinian singer and songwriter, best known for his hit singles 'Zas' and 'Obsesion'. He began his career in the late 1970s as the lead vocalist of the rock band Los Ratones Paranoicos. He then went solo in 1986 with his debut solo album Miguel Mateos. He released 11 studio albums throughout his career, as well as several live albums and compilations.
