Early Days Born in Carolina, Puerto Rico, his real name is Miguel Angel Rivera Rodríguez. As a teenager, his passion was music and sports. Following an offer to study at Penn State University, he moved to Hazleton, Pennsylvania, to pursue his dreams; as a newcomer to the country, he wasn't familiar with the language and didn't know anyone. Music motivates athletes; for Miky, it inspired and soothed life's obstacles. His influences were Wiz Khalifa and Meek Mill; creating beats and freestyling, he quickly gained a following. Career After suffering some financial difficulties, he headed back to Puerto Rico and straight to the studio. In 2016, he dropped "50 Cosos," a track featuring Anuel AA. The following year, he recorded tracks featuring artists such as Nengo Flow, Juhn, and Bryant Myers, to name a few. His debut album "Before Famous" landed at number 4 on the Latin charts, a 10-track album; it sealed his name as a Latin Trap artist. "El OG," Miky's second album, featured notable artists like Nengo Flow, Farruko, Bad Bunny, and Noriel. A Latin top ten album, it took 6th position on the charts. With five albums under his belt, in 2021, he put out his EP, "Living Life." A trap/pop album; it caters to many of his fans; Miky Woodz is an artist who appreciates his followers; he states without them, he wouldn't be where he is today.
