Who is Nikhita Gandhi?

Nikhita Gandhi is an Indian singer-songwriter who has rapidly gained recognition in the Indian indie music scene. Born in 1992 in Mumbai, India, she has been singing since the age of seven. In 2011 she was accepted into KM Music Conservatory, a prestigious music school founded by A. R. Rahman. Nikhita graduated in 2014, and has since released several notable singles as well as collaborated with numerous other artists.

Gandhi's signature style blends traditional Indian elements with modern production techniques. Her early singles such as 'Azaadiyan' and 'Aarambh', released in 2016, quickly gained her an audience and critical acclaim. Her single 'Chithi' was featured on the soundtrack of the blockbuster hit Bollywood movie 'Raazi'. This led to multiple live performances across India, as well as collaborations with other top artists in the industry.
