Summary Reykon is a Reggaeton singer/rapper who has firmly established himself as one of Latin America's most popular artists and has been in the industry for over a decade. Early years His real name is Andrés Felipe Robledo Londono and was born in Antioquia Northwest Colombia. He was raised in the barrios where life was tough. He used music to take away the hardships of life, a way of healing. Reggaeton was the genre he loved, and while in high school, he formed a group called RTM. Later, he went solo and started the recording process. Career Around 2007 the rapper released his debut single "Como me cuesta", the track didn't gain much attention. His song "La Santa" came next, it received airplay and attention throughout Latin America, which led to Reykon becoming "a new name to look out for". After releasing "Se Aloca" with the Colombian artist J. Balvin, the music was nominated for "urban song of the year at the 2010 Shock awards. Hard work paved off, as his subsequent musical alliance was one of his musical inspirations, king of reggaeton, Daddy Yankee. They dropped "Senorita" and the up-tempo track established the artist on the reggaeton scene. Subsequently, he recorded "Secretos" which aired on HTV (a Latin American music television channel), and in 2015, he signed a contract with Warner Latina. Reykon has continued to record numerous songs which have found their way to success.
