Early Life

Samantha was born in London, England and grew up in the suburbs near the city. She began writing and recording music at a young age and developed her sound over time. She was inspired by a variety of artists from different genres including Adele, Amy Winehouse, and Lauryn Hill.

Career

In 2014 Samantha released her debut single 'Falling', which gained attention from BBC Radio 1. In 2016 she released her EP 'The Other Side' which reached number 11 on the iTunes chart. The lead single off the project 'Run' was featured in the popular movie ‘Love Simon’. In 2018 she released ‘Nightlight’ which was featured in the Netflix series ‘13 Reasons Why’.

Collaborations

Samantha has collaborated with many other artists throughout her career including Taya, R3HAB, KStewart and many more. Her collaboration with Taya ‘See You Again’ was featured in the movie ‘Valerian’ and was certified Gold in France.
