Early Life

Sophia Grace was born Sophia Grace Brownlee on April 18th, 2006 in Essex, England. She has an older brother named Carter. She was raised in a musical family and began singing at an early age. At 8 years old, she made her debut on The Ellen Degeneres Show with a cover of Nicki Minaj’s “Super Bass”. This performance propelled her to instant stardom.

Career

After her performance on The Ellen Show, Sophia Grace released her first single, “Best Friends” in 2013. The single peaked at number 13 on the UK Singles Chart. She also collaborated with rapper Silento on the single “Girl In The Mirror” which reached number 5 on the UK Singles Chart. In 2014 she released her debut EP “Hollywood” which peaked at number 10 on the UK Albums Chart. In 2015 she starred alongside her cousin Rosie McClelland in the movie “Sophia Grace & Rosie’s Royal Adventure” which was released on Netflix.
