Xavier Lamar Dotson, better known by his stage name Zaytoven, is an American hip hop producer and EDM DJ from Atlanta, Georgia. He has achieved multi-platinum success in the music industry and has worked with some of the biggest names in hip hop including Gucci Mane, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Migos, and Young Dolph.
Early Career
Zaytoven began making beats in high school and soon after he graduated he began working with local artists in the Atlanta area, most notably with Gucci Mane. Through their collaboration they released three albums together: Trap House (2005), Hard to Kill (2006) and Trap-A-Thon (2007).
Breakthrough Success
In 2009, Zaytoven released his debut solo album titled “Trap Holizay”. The album included features from some of the biggest names in the game such as Gucci Mane, Ludacris and Young Jeezy.
