Angara portrays a landscape where seemingly opposed emotions are woven together. Combining sensitive and soothing melodies with engaging rhythms and atmospheres, their music conveys the feeling of getting carried away in the world of the listener's own imagination. It all started in the late 2000s when Loris & Quentin met in the south of France, sharing their first music productions as teenagers. Almost a decade later, life brought them back together and shaped their musical complementarity into a proper tandem project. They released their very first single « Side Roads » on music platforms in 2018 and it ranked #14 in Spotify's « Top 50 Viral France » playlist, followed by their downtempo track « Memory Lane » which brought them attention outside their native country. Shortly after, they started collaborating with influential YouTube channel and label ElectroPosé on several releases such as « Vision » and « Drive » that ranked #1 in Deezer’s most-followed playlist. They have now opened 2021 with two releases with a more danceable vision : "Rwanda" and "Prove" on North-American label Monstercat Silk and Enhanced Music's imprint Colorize.
