Hubwar is a DJ/producer based in Montpellier, France. From 2010 to 2012, he crossed the porous borders of Electronica and Dubstep and signed on several labels such as Airflex Labs, Highlife recordings, I.O.T records and Sens Inverse. Alongside the artist Nekochan, he dedicates the year 2013 to WAAN, a side project in which their two worlds intermingle in a vaporous glitch-hop ... 2014 is the year of foundation of his own imprint "Noizion Recordz". Cornerstone of the label, his first album "Eikonoklastes" opens the field of possibilities: Jungle, Dubstep, Footwork, Uk garage, Grime, Hip-Hop are the anchors of the music produced by Hubwar. At the crossroads of English and Jamaican cultures, one could qualify it as "sound-system music". Darj, Piktogram, Lophide, Beatume, NastyJ and more recently Dalhas Illektré, Nekochan, Ourman are just some of the talents that will be added to the label's catalog. On stage, Hubwar draws on these references to express the diversity of his influences: polyrhythm on a heavy bass-lines.
