In 1971, journalist Raoul Duke, accompanied by his lawyer, Maître Gonzo, was on his way to Las Vegas. He was responsible for covering a major sporting event, the 400 miles of Las Vegas, a motorcycle race resembling a popular fair. But this report is only a pretext because Duke and Gonzo took with them a whole range of electronic music tracks to indulge in their consumption throughout their stay, seeking to escape the cynical reality of the 2020s and to rediscover the true spirit of “the Rave” which animated the 1990s.
