Mégan has been passionate about dance music and club culture since he was a teenager. Influenced by iconic DJs like Martin Solveig, Bob Sinclar, Steve Angello, Axwell and Laidback Luke, Mégan falls into DJing while he starts high school. As a brilliant student Mégan integrates into a French renowned engineering school and grows his passion in many prestigious galas and student parties. His love for music eventually goes beyond the ambition that led him to these studies: he decides to devote himself entirely to music after graduation. A sensual and melancholic electronic journey begins under the name of MEGAN. In the spring of 2017, MEGAN is ready to share his first single. The track is made completely independently: artist, producer and sound engineer, MEGAN runs the entire project, the design of the cover, the promotion and its distribution on the streaming platforms. This total autonomy inspires him the title of the song: Alone. The release quickly prompts Get The Sound interest which will release the single on its label and upload it on his YouTube channel on June 2017. After a first single which has been played more than 1.000.000 times, the French producer releases Inside, featuring Carla Landy. Erotic and captivating, the song is put in images in a music video shot in Paris YouTube Space, based on MEGAN’s original ideas. The single reaches more than 500.000 plays after entering France “Top Viral” 50 on Spotify. Thanks to this success MEGAN shares the stage with Artists such as Breakbot, LeMarquis, Mokoa, French Fuse and plays his first international gig in the world-famous D! Club. His next singles Calling and Fall Apart open him doors of French media like NRJ, Fun Radio and Virgin Radio which add to the list of his supporters. These two singles confim MEGAN’s desire of making sexy and melancholic songs regardless of genre or BPM. In September 2018, MEGAN meets Sylvain Armand and together they collaborate on a lot of projects including several singles, a remix for the French icon Mylène Farmer and a remix for Alesso’s hit single REMEDY. A pretty solid start as the remix is supported by Alesso himself at EDC Mexico and in almost all his sets. This collaboration opens new horizons to the masked Gentleman and gives him a chance to reveal another face of universe. Indeed, if his first solo releases can be considered as Dance/Indie/Pop, his current projects showcase various style of Electro Dance Music, more festival and club-oriented. The Things You Say and his official remix for Camille Lellouche form the perfect exemples of this new direction.
