Theus Mago is a new side of Mateo where obscure experimental rhythms meet the rigourness of the party dancefloor. In 2015, Theus Mago released “Ritmo Extraterrestre” through the french/ german label Correspondant, earning quick support from the likes of Solomun, Dixon, Âme and Haai, kicking off a constantly busy world touring schedule. Mateo’s alter ego has lately been on a steady streak of solid releases, including labels around the globe such as Lumiere Noire, Turbo Recordings, Optimo, Ombra Intl, Duro, Feines Tier, Correspondant and Pets Recordings, among many others.
