Dubphone started in 2007 releasing his first works on labels as Monique Musique and Baile Musik and through years he received the support of Lee Burridge, Hernan Cattaneo, Timo Maas, tINI, a:rpia:r, Maceo Plex, Blond:ish, Richie Hawtin, Bill Patrick. In the beginning he was based in Bucharest having the opportunity to play in Studio Martin or Silver Afterhours alongside big names in the scene. In 2014 he moved in Valencia then Barcelona and he debuted in Ibiza playing for Carl Cox at Space Ibiza in 2014. Dubphone was nominated by Nights.ro Awards the best Romanian portal of electronic music for the following categories: Best Romanian DJ, Best Romanian Production, Best Radio Podcast and Best Breakthrough artist in 2012, 2013, 2014. Didn’t took long and his energetic sets, full of colour and hypnotic deep techno vibes brought him to a higher level. His first international gig was Castello Electronica Festival in Mannheim alongside Egbert, Pascal FEOS, Markus Fix followed by Sonar Off debut alongside Oxia, Blondish, Igor Vicente, Nicolas Masseyef in Barcelona.
