Vozes Gemidas e Magoadas

This collaboration between ElPeche and Lisbon-based producer LZØ was created when both artists met in São Paulo. The track brings the story of the painful spirit of African slaves arriving in colonial Brazil, and an opportunity to reflect upon how Brazilian history was built. With a mixture of afro-brazilian beats and electronic elements, the piece sets you on a journey both inwards and outwards, with introspecting moments and energetic ones.
