Leigh Williamson is a free spirit (and a bit of a madman) when it comes to creating music. He runs solo projects as Roland Bassline and King Cosmic and has created memorable house records as one-half of Cosmic Groove Transmission. Ode De Cologne is a live jam that Leigh first performed as a Facebook Live stream. Leigh recorded the session into Ableton Live, cleaned up the mix a bit, and sent his performance to us at Fresh Meat Records. Ode De Cologne is an unapologetic acid beast. The name of the track checks the geographic influence Leigh was feeling while improvising. This cut isn’t for just any music fan; the acid soundscape is made for someone daring enough to blast it out of a sound system at maximum volume for the length of the 14+ minute workout.
