Trap electronic pioneer UZ releases his seminal 'Trap Shit Vol 1' as a remastered digital version for the first time. French-born producer UZ is a leading light of trap/electronic music alongside Baauer & Flosstradamus. An influential tastemaker with nearly 200 releases to his name, UZ first exploded onto the scene in 2012 with the beginnings of his notorious Trap Shit series – 25 genre defining trap classics. Characterized by a minimal style, mixed with ominous atmosphere and samples, and featuring underground rappers and producers, the series took the trap electronic scene by storm, and would lead him to a legendary status within the community, as well as further releases on Mad Decent, OWSLA, and Mau5trap. His discography also features many singles and collaborations with major pop, rap and electronic artists, including T-Pain, Ice Cube, Trae Tha Truth, Problem, Elliphant, OG Maco, Flosstradamus, Zeds Dead, DJ Shadow among others. UZ has performed at every global music festival, including Coachella, Sonar, EDC Las Vegas and Ultra Music Festival, in addition to headlining tours around the world.
