Berlin-based, Franco-German producer and DJ Franz Matthews alongside well-known happiness coach Jonathan Lehmann (Les Antisèches du Bonheur) has crafted a beautifully hypnotic electronic track that combines the practice of guided meditation through narration and music as one. Franz Matthews’s original brings a complex web of interlocking percussion rhythms that develop with unfolding synths throughout the guided meditation. Transporting us on a journey through the mind with a captivating piece of musical story-telling throughout. Aera steps up with the first remix, carving out a spacious story that casts the spotlight onto the spoken word vocals from Lehman, combining elegant rhythms with contrasting layers of subtle harmonic movement and mind-altering synth melodies that engage the inner recesses of the brain. 'The Question' is part of an EP collating remixes from a spread of some of the greatest minds in electronic music today, including Aera (Innervisions), The Organism (Disco Halal) and Milio (half of the duo Tunnelvisions, Atomnation) to create their unique interpretations of this pioneering project of mind and music, which has already been getting traction in the whole world ahead of its release, by being supported by masters such as Ame, Dixon, Solomun, &Me...
