Amazing

"Amazing" by Mr Egg Germ Featuring Nicholas Barron Former band mates in the band Swimmer from the mid 90’s, Nicholas joined Rick in his Palm Grease Recordings studio in Chicago for this one-off collaboration. The track started with some old sounds Rick had recorded from his retro mono synth, the Korg Prophecy, captured just before he sold it. The alternating analog noise sounds were the perfect backdrop for rick to add the angular synth stabs from his newer Nord Lead2 keyboard. With the track fleshed out, Rick brought in Nicholas to add his signature free-wheeling vocal improv and stream of consciousness lyrics. Thought to have been lost forever, this track was recovered by Rick and handed to Sir Mel Hammond to re-edit and revive. This is one amazing piece of art for your enjoyment.
